ISA Electronics Delegation to UK

ISA, the apex trade body representing the Indian semiconductor and electronics industry in collaboration with UK Trade & Investment, (UKTI – the UK Government organization) is taking a high level business delegation to UK from December 7 -10. The twin objectives of this delegation are creating a larger visibility for the Indian electronics industry and showcasing areas of collaboration between the two countries.

December 12, 2010 /India PRwire/ — ISA, the apex trade body representing the Indian semiconductor and electronics industry in collaboration with UK Trade & Investment, (UKTI – the UK Government organization) is taking a high level business delegation to UK from December 7 -10. The twin objectives of this delegation are creating a larger visibility for the Indian electronics industry and showcasing areas of collaboration between the two countries.

Poornima Shenoy, President, ISA said “ISA and UKTI are working together to strengthen technical collaboration between companies and universities in the two geographies. This delegation is a step forward in that direction.”

The delegation has been planned to coincide with the international event- Technology World 2010 (TW10) organized by UKTI. It will be held at London on December 7 & 8 2010. The event showcases UK science and technology to a global audience and provides a forum for key stakeholders to discuss technology strategy, innovation and international collaboration.

Apart from their participation at the TW10, the visiting delegates will get an opportunity to showcase their products/services and have networking meetings with business leaders, technology companies and business schools.
